DAY 62
Today was the last day of a three day stretch, and I was super productive! I woke up, printed three tank tops, ran 1.5 miles, rode my bike 12.5 miles, went to a SXSW meeting, made dinner AND wrote this blog. ;)
gigibunni is a peaceful French Bulldog (piggy monster) with outrageously long ears. she enjoys laying her belly in the cooling waters of brooklyn fire hydrants, or warming her goods on a nearby stove. although her sweet demeanor, her farts are the opposite. even she will leave the room if she "spoils the air"
I hand carve linoleum, ink it with a roller using silk screening ink, and then make my print by pressing down with my hands and a rolling pin! Truly one of a kind!
I put all of my clothes in the dryer after being printed so the heat sets the ink. No fear of it washing away!
